7. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

7.1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with The Diggs Law Firm, LLC through our website at getyourvoiceheard.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.

7.2. Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages from The Diggs Law Firm, LLC, you may receive messages related to the following: appointment reminders, follow-up messages, reminders to sign and review documents, billing inquiries, and customer support communications.

7.3. Message Example: "Greetings, this is a reminder of your upcoming phone consultation with our office on [Date] at [Time]. | The Diggs Law Firm, LLC | Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."

7.4. Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to your appointments, billing, case, and documents.

7.5. SMS Consent Communication: The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

7.6. Opt-In Method: You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from The Diggs Law Firm, LLC in the following ways: verbally during a conversation, by submitting an online form, by filling out a paper form, or by completing a Retainer Agreement.

7.7. Cancellation/Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

7.9. Potential Fees: Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

7.10. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

7.11. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7.12. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

7.13. Additional Options: If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.


8. Limitation of Liability
